Meet Tracey

Hi, I’m Tracey,  founder of Balance with Tracey and a Movement & Wellness Coach for mums.

My work is rooted in the belief that mums don’t need to push harder. They need support that actually fits their body, energy and real life.

After years working in the fitness industry, I found myself moving away from intense, all-or-nothing approaches and towards something more supportive, sustainable and realistic.

Now, I help mums feel like themselves again after kids through Pilates-based movement, pelvic floor education and supportive coaching.

This is the heart of The RESTORE Method; a five-stage approach to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, rebuild strength, create realistic routines and rise into the next version of yourself.
